§ 6-257. Adoption.

  • The NFPA 99C, Standard on Gas and Vacuum Systems, 2005 edition, published by the National Fire Prevention Association (as mandated and amended by the Administrative Rules of Montana), be and is hereby adopted for regulating and governing the installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition, use and maintenance of gas and vacuum systems in health care facilities, to minimize the hazards of fire or explosion; and for providing for the issuance of permits and collections of fees therefor. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said code are hereby adopted by reference, as if fully set out in this article, and along with the additions, deletions and modifications set forth herein, shall be collectively referred to as the Gas and Vacuum Systems Code and made a part of the Municipal Code of the town.
