§ 26-21. Municipal water system connection.

Latest version.

All properties within the corporate limits of the town shall be connected to the municipal water system, except where the superintendent of the water department has determined that connection to the municipal water system is impractical. No residential dwelling unit shall be connected to any well or other water source not directly a part of the municipal water system supervised by water department personnel.
