§ 24-277. Parking of vehicles for transport of flammable liquids or vehicles displaying dot placards.

Latest version.

No vehicles containing or used for transportation of flammable materials or displaying a DOT placard shall be parked in the residential areas of the town for more than two hours, provided that this restriction upon parking shall not be construed as to prevent delivery of such materials to retail gas stations and other businesses or to private residences or business property for so long a period as is reasonably necessary to complete such delivery.
