§ 24-2. Penalty.

Latest version.

Except as may be specifically provided in this chapter, any person violating a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in section 1-8; provided that additional penalties as provided in MCA 61-8-101 et seq. may also be applied.
