§ 22-192. Revocation.

The building official or the chief of police is authorized and empowered to revoke any permit granted under the terms of this article if it shall become known to him that the permittee is, in any manner, failing to comply with the terms of the permit or this article, or, when in the opinion of the official, public convenience and safety require such revocation.
