§ 18-22. Animals in parks.

(a)

No owner or person having custody of a dog or other animal shall tie or hitch it to any tree or plant on town park land.

(b)

All owners or persons having custody of a dog or other animal shall remove and properly dispose of any animal's solid waste (fecal material) that may be deposited by the dog or other animal on any park land.

(c)

It shall be unlawful to bring any dog or other animal into Lewis and Clark Park, during permitted special events without specific town authorization, with the exception of service animals sanctioned under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
