§ 16-24. Interference with fire alarm system.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to use the public fire alarm system except when an alarm of fire is given, or with the permission of the chief or assistant chief of the fire department, and it shall be unlawful for any person to injure, in any way, any of the fire alarm boxes, bells, poles, wires, or other appliances connected with the public fire alarm system of the town.
